There are few things that offer the opportunity to grow in the way sports do, athletics in general. I’m grateful for every athletic opportunity I have been given. One thing you cannot do is leave anything on the bench. You have to leave it all on the ice, the field, the court, because that’s what it was made for and that’s what you were made for.
